Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With deep roots in manufacturing and mobility innovation, Ryvid aims to redefine the premium electric motorcycle experience—offering global riders a fusion of design, performance, and sustainability.


Role Overview


The CEO will be responsible for shaping and executing Ryvid’s global strategy — building a differentiated premium EV motorcycle brand from India for the world. The role demands a visionary leader who can scale a high-performance business, drive product and market innovation, raise capital, and build a culture of excellence across engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute Ryvid’s global business strategy — positioning it as a world-class EV motorcycle brand.
  • Define and drive the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term growth roadmap across India, the U.S., and other global markets.
  • Translate the Machani Group’s vision for clean-tech mobility into a scalable and profitable business model.


Global Market Expansion

  • Build market presence in India, North America, Europe, and other strategic geographies.
  • Identify and forge partnerships with distributors, dealers, and OEM networks.
  • Lead market entry strategy — from regulatory clearances and product localization to customer experience and brand storytelling.


Fundraising and Investor Relations

  • Lead Series A/B fundraising rounds through a mix of strategic investors, venture capital, and institutional funds.
  • Build relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners to ensure sustainable capital flow.
  • Oversee financial governance, reporting, and valuation growth metrics in line with Machani Group’s standards.


Product & Innovation Strategy

  • Partner with the CTO and global R&D teams (India & California) to accelerate product innovation cycles.
  • Ensure alignment between design, engineering, and customer experience to create category-leading motorcycles.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making across supply chain, production, and customer insights.


Operations & Execution Excellence

  • Oversee production scale-up at Ryvid’s Indian manufacturing facilities to achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive indigenization of supply chain and vendor ecosystem to optimize cost and quality.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery, cost, quality, and sustainability.


Brand & Community Building

  • Position Ryvid as an aspirational lifestyle brand for performance riders globally.
  • Oversee global marketing, brand collaborations, and experiential engagement strategies.
  • Foster an authentic rider community that embodies the Ryvid philosophy of innovation and adventure.


Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performance leadership team spanning engineering, design, operations, and marketing.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability.
  • Represent Ryvid externally as a thought leader in clean mobility, design innovation, and sustainable manufacturing.


8. Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 15–25 years overall, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles in automotive, EV, or mobility startups.
  • Proven experience in scaling a global business — ideally in EVs, premium motorcycles, or consumer tech.
  • Strong track record in fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chains, manufacturing operations, and emerging market dynamics.
  • Passion for mobility innovation, design-led products, and sustainability.
  • Educational background: Engineering or Business Administration preferred; global exposure is an advantage.
