Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Industry: Steel Trading – Tubes, Pipes, Flanges & Fasteners The CEO will be responsible for leading the company’s operations, strategic direction, and overall business performance in the steel trading sector. The CEO must ensure strong supplier and customer relationships, optimize trading operations, and drive growth across domestic and international markets for steel tubes, pipes, flanges, and fasteners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Business Leadership Define and implement the company's long-term vision and growth strategy in the steel trading market. Identify and develop new market opportunities (industrial, infrastructure, EPC, OEMs, etc.). Drive expansion into new geographic territories and product categories. 2. Sales & Operations Management Supervise trading operations, procurement, inventory, logistics, and dispatch functions. Ensure timely order fulfillment, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction. Supplier & Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with manufacturers, mills, stockists, and customers. Key Requirements: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in steel trading or metal distribution (especially tubes, pipes, flanges, and fasteners). In-depth understanding of the steel supply chain, logistics, and import/export operations. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
