QC Inspector

As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for the company. This includes performing inspections, analyzing measurements, and ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and customer expectations. - Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Identify and document any product defects or non-conformities, and report them to the QC Supervisor or relevant department. - Maintain detailed inspection records and generate quality reports. - Perform sample testing and measurements using appropriate tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges). - Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues. - Participate in internal audits and support external audit processes as required. - Maintain cleanliness and calibration of inspection instruments and tools.
