QC Inspector

As a QC Dimension Inspector/ QC Final, your role involves approving or rejecting raw materials based on quality standards and recording supplier performance. You will be responsible for selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods, such as measuring dimensions. Additionally, maintaining records of testing, information, and various metrics like the number of defective products per day is crucial. Your duties will also include preparing and submitting reports to the quality manager, performing regular quality evaluations on materials, managing accounts and records of previous tests and different measurements, and reporting documented inspections to the quality manager. You should be proactive in addressing quality-related issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and record supplier performance - Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions) - Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics like the number of defective products per day - Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager - Perform regular quality evaluations on materials - Manage accounts and records of previous tests and measurements - Report documented inspections to quality manager - Address quality-related issues efficiently Qualifications Required: - BE/ Diploma in Mechanical/ ITI - Fresher or maximum 2 years of experience Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, Bore Gauge, Hardness Tester, etc. In addition to your responsibilities, you will enjoy the following perks and benefits: - Transportation Facility from Rajkot - Canteen Facility - Leave Encashment Please note that the salary will be based on the interview and this is a full-time job.
