Role Name- Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO) Qualification & Background: Proven experience (at least 15 years totally) as a key operating executive or CEO, ideally in consumer durables or building products. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and strategic investments. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and lead organizational change. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Location: Mumbai CTC - Up to 50 Lakh + Incentive + ESOPs Position Overview: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive growth and operational excellence. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the company meets its financial and strategic goals in a competitive lighting market. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy to achieve sustainable growth and market presence in the lighting industry with a unique mass premium offering. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s footprint. Ensure that all engines of the company (sales, product development, finance, costing, supply chain and operations) fire together in an efficient manner that allows the company to scale sustainably. Operational Management Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across sourcing, sales, marketing, and product development. Implement best practices in supply chain management, sourcing, product development, sales and brand building. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Financial Oversight Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation. Work with the CFO and finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and risk management. Develop strategies to improve profitability and shareholder value. Team Leadership & Culture Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team aligned with the company’s vision and values.
