Sales Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the plywood sector. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients. Operational Efficiency: Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions. Reporting: Report to the board of directors on company performance. Problem Solving: Address critical business challenges. Decision Making: Make key strategic and operational decisions. Company Culture: Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the plywood industry. Proven track record of driving business growth. Strong understanding of the Surat plywood market. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
