Concept Note for the Position: Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Vice President (VP) - Business Growth & Strategy At 100X Growth Partners by Expertrons, we are looking for a visionary leader to join our core team as Chief Business Officer (CBO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Vice President (VP) – Business Growth & Strategy, someone who is not only driven by numbers but also inspired by impact. It demands an individual who is not only driven by numbers but is also inspired by the broader impact, with the authority to architect business design, create cross-functional synergies that directly contribute to revenue and scalability, and shape long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp focus on sales leadership, P&L ownership, marketing alignment, customer success, and operational excellence while using data-driven insights to optimize execution and maximize impact. Key Responsibilities: As CRO at 100X Growth Partners by Expertrons, you will lead cross-functional revenue growth initiatives across the firm and its portfolio companies. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building scalable systems, accelerating monetization, and driving data-led execution across sales, marketing, and partnerships. 1. Lead Revenue Growth & Monetization Own the end-to-end revenue strategy across verticals and portfolio companies. Design and implement scalable sales processes and GTM execution plans. Drive aggressive revenue targets and identify high-impact growth levers such as pricing models, product-market fit, and distribution optimization. 2. Expand Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Identify, negotiate, and launch corporate and channel partnerships that unlock new distribution and revenue channels. Leverage the 100X ecosystem to scale partnership-led growth and co-marketing initiatives across the portfolio. 3. Align Go-To-Market Execution Define and drive a unified GTM plan that aligns sales, marketing, and partnerships. Conduct GTM diagnostics and growth audits to uncover performance gaps and optimization opportunities. Guide the development of scalable, repeatable sales playbooks and best practices across companies. 4. Enable Operational Excellence Set up and optimize revenue operations to track and manage KPIs across the sales and marketing funnel. Implement tools and dashboards to improve visibility into business health, performance, and execution. Streamline internal systems and processes for scale and efficiency. 5. Drive Data-led Decision Making Monitor key revenue metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Use analytics to forecast performance, improve conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities. Promote a data-driven culture across all growth teams. 6. Build & Lead High-Performance Teams Recruit, structure, and mentor cross-functional revenue teams across portfolio companies. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and results-oriented execution. Enable continuous learning and adaptability within growth teams. Qualification: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in business growth, revenue strategy, or partnerships Proven track record of scaling businesses (0-to-1 and/or 1-to-100) and owning P&L Experience in high-growth startups, edtech, SaaS, or B2B/B2C platforms Strong cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, and operations Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills Exposure to international markets is a plus Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills What do we offer?
