Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, identifying top-tier candidates, and supporting innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in shaping the future workforce of the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: •Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand and support staffing requirements. •Assist in defining and refining selection criteria for various roles. •Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks). •Support the planning and execution of interview and selection processes, including scheduling, screening calls, assessments, and interviews. •Review and organize candidate information, such as resumes and contact details. •Help design job descriptions and interview questionnaires that align with role-specific requirements. •Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to nurture a robust talent pipeline. Who You Are: • An Excellent Communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. •Being a tech-savvy sourcer with hands-on experience with leading job platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and Monster, along with proficiency in leveraging sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. •A strong interest in building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience. •Ready to work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. •An ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in candidate records and communications. •Being a self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, or a related field. •Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields. •Availability for a minimum internship duration of 6-12 months. •Passion for startups and business growth strategies. •Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy.
