Key Responsibilities: As CRO at 100X Growth Partners by Expertrons, you will lead cross-functional revenue growth initiatives across the firm and its portfolio companies. Lead Revenue Growth & Monetization Own the end-to-end revenue strategy across verticals and portfolio companies. Design and implement scalable sales processes and GTM execution plans. Expand Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Identify, negotiate, and launch corporate and channel partnerships that unlock new distribution and revenue channels. Align Go-To-Market Execution Define and drive a unified GTM plan that aligns sales, marketing, and partnerships. Conduct GTM diagnostics and growth audits to uncover performance gaps and optimization opportunities. Guide the development of scalable, repeatable sales playbooks and best practices across companies. 4. Enable Operational Excellence Set up and optimize revenue operations to track and manage KPIs across the sales and marketing funnel. Implement tools and dashboards to improve visibility into business health, performance, and execution. Streamline internal systems and processes for scale and efficiency. 5. Drive Data-led Decision Making Monitor key revenue metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Use analytics to forecast performance, improve conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities. Promote a data-driven culture across all growth teams. 6. Build & Lead High-Performance Teams Recruit, structure, and mentor cross-functional revenue teams across portfolio companies. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and results-oriented execution. Enable continuous learning and adaptability within growth teams. Qualification: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
