This unique position presents the chance to work closely with 100X Growth Partners by Expertrons' founders, distinguished IIT Bombay alumni, and experienced entrepreneurs with a track record of successful business ventures. This role is not merely a job; it's an entrepreneurial journey where you will be vested with the ownership and authority to shape the destiny of your vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish new strategic partnerships with companies
2. Drive revenue through existing onboarded projects.
3. Cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
4. Implement effective hiring strategies and manage attrition effectively.
5. Identify and engage potential partners to strategically expand market presence.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
7. Offer guidance and support to partners during the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges they may face.
8. Continuously assess and improve the onboarding and partnership processes
9. Monitor key performance indicators related to partner onboarding and network expansion, leveraging data to fuel ongoing improvements.
10. Oversee P&L management, ensuring that Sales and Marketing expenses (Customer Acquisition Cost) are around 25% while maintaining a minimum profit margin of 40%.

• Work mode:

  Work from Office (Mumbai) for 6 months and then anywhere across the country.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
3. Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
