Role Description

Channel Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities


1. Channel Development & Onboarding

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators, IT consultants).
  • Define joint business plans with partners, including revenue goals and GTM strategies.
  • Deliver product training, demos, and sales enablement sessions for partners.


2. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with partner decision-makers and sales teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and deal support.
  • Motivate partners with incentive programs, co-marketing initiatives, and joint events.


3. Sales & Revenue Growth via Channels

  • Drive sales pipeline and revenue targets 

    through partner networks

  • Support partners in closing deals by attending client meetings, pitching Neuailes solutions, and negotiating terms.
  • Track and report on partner performance, sales funnel, and forecast accuracy.


4. Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Expand Neuailes’ footprint in the 

    Mumbai region

     through strong partner coverage.
  • Monitor competition, market dynamics, and channel needs to refine strategy.
  • Work closely with internal sales & marketing to align channel GTM campaigns.


5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with product and technical teams for POCs, RFP responses, and support.
  • Maintain accurate partner records in CRM.
  • Submit regular reports on channel performance, opportunities, and challenges to the respective heads.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in 

    Channel Sales / Partner Management

     (SaaS, Email Security, or IT services preferred).
  • Strong network of resellers, IT consultants, and system integrators in Mumbai.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas via channels.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and drive results in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
