B2B SaaS sales



Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B customers in target industries.
  • Use channels like LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and referrals for lead generation.
  • Research accounts to understand decision-makers, pain points, and buying behaviors.


2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Present Neuailes SaaS solutions (GoDMARC, neuMails, GoSimulator) to CXOs, IT heads, and Marketing leaders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → demo → negotiation → closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned.


3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
  • Work with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and upselling opportunities.


4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with technical teams for product demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to respective heads.


Requirements


  • 3 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience (email / cybersecurity / MarTech preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based sales.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Delhi/NCR-based with willingness to travel within the region.
