Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager at Neuailes Global Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to expand and manage the partner and reseller ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in building strong channel relationships, driving partner-led revenue, and ensuring wider adoption of Neuailes solutions like GoDMARC, NeuMails, and GoSimulator through a scalable partner-first model. Key Responsibilities: - Channel Development & Onboarding: - Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners such as resellers, distributors, system integrators, and IT consultants. - Define joint business plans with partners, including revenue goals and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. - Conduct product training, demos, and sales enablement sessions for partners. - Partner Relationship Management: - Establish strong relationships with partner decision-makers and sales teams. - Serve as the main point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and deal support. - Motivate partners through incentive programs, co-marketing initiatives, and joint events. - Sales & Revenue Growth via Channels: - Drive sales pipeline and revenue targets through partner networks. - Provide support to partners in closing deals by participating in client meetings, presenting Neuailes solutions, and negotiating terms. - Monitor and report on partner performance, sales funnel, and forecast accuracy. - Market Expansion & Strategy: - Expand Neuailes footprint in the Mumbai region through comprehensive partner coverage. - Stay informed about the competition, market dynamics, and channel needs to refine the strategy. - Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align channel GTM campaigns. - Collaboration & Reporting: - Coordinate with product and technical teams for proof of concepts (POCs), request for proposal (RFP) responses, and support. - Maintain accurate partner records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Provide regular reports on channel performance, opportunities, and challenges to the respective heads. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales/Partner Management, preferably in SaaS, Email Security, or IT services. - Strong network of resellers, IT consultants, and system integrators in Mumbai. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas through channels. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple partners and drive results in a fast-paced SaaS environment.,
