Ankpal ERP is expanding its partner ecosystem and seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive partner acquisition, enablement, and revenue growth across Mumbai and Maharashtra. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who understands channel dynamics and has strong experience selling enterprise software solutions through partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the channel strategy for Mumbai & Maharashtra to achieve revenue and market-share goals.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and manage high-potential channel partners (resellers, SIs, consultancies).
  • Conduct partner training, product enablement, sales coaching and certification programs.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation, opportunity management and deal closures.
  • Manage partner performance through structured reviews, KPIs and business planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint go-to-market activities, events and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, partner data accuracy and reliable sales forecasting.
  • Represent Ankpal ERP at partner events, industry forums and key customer meetings.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with channel/partner sales.
  • Strong experience selling ERP, HRMS, CRM or similar enterprise SaaS products

    through channel partners

    (highly preferred).
  • Proven success in recruiting, enabling and scaling channel partner revenue.
  • Existing network of partners/resellers/SIs in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting/finance or business application solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work independently, travel within the region and manage a territory-based partner ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Marathi preferred.
