Channel Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Channel Partner Management

  : Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure they are motivated and equipped to promote Relation Realtechs properties.

• Sales Strategy Execution

  : Implement channel sales strategies in line with the company’s overall sales objectives. Monitor partner performance and sales activities to ensure targets are met.

• Market Analysis

  : Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and understand market trends. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.

• Training & Support

  : Provide training and support to channel partners on products, sales processes, and marketing strategies. Ensure partners have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

• Reporting & Analysis

  : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, partner activities, and market conditions. Use data to make informed decisions and improve channel sales strategies.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  : Utilize CRM tools to track partner interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Compliance & Documentation

  : Ensure all channel sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to channel partners.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achievement of company objectives.
