Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager at Times Pro, your primary responsibility will be to bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners within the assigned territory. Your goal-oriented approach will be crucial in winning, maintaining, and expanding all partner relationships. You will support the company's sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers. Additionally, collaboration with the technical engineering team will be required to address any customer needs for customized products or services. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell the company's products. - Coordinate with internal teams such as support and management to meet customer/partner expectations. - Serve as a communication bridge between customers/partners and the engineering team. - Regularly assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and performances to ensure a high partner satisfaction rate. - Collaborate with other sales channels to prevent potential conflicts and maximize sales. - Work with partner sales personnel to drive sales and marketing campaigns. - Manage funnels, forecast sales opportunities, and ensure successful sales conversions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in channel sales. - Bachelor's or master's degree in sales. - In-depth understanding of the industry. - Excellent communication skills. - Willingness to travel to partner locations. - Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
