Role: Channel Sales Executive – Real Estate Department: Channel Partner Sourcing Reports To: Channel Sales Manager Role Overview: The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive property sales, achieve revenue targets, and enhance market reach. The role involves identifying new partners, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring consistent communication and support to achieve mutual growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Channel Partner Management Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing channel partners, brokers, and agents. Maintain regular communication with partners to keep them informed about new projects, pricing, offers, and policies. Conduct partner engagement programs, training sessions, and networking events to strengthen relationships. 2. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management. Work with partners to generate qualified leads and close property sales. Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions. 3. Market Development Expand the company’s reach by identifying potential markets and untapped broker networks. Gather feedback from the market and competitors to support pricing and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and channel marketing activities. 4. Coordination & Communication Liaise with internal teams (CRM, marketing, finance, and legal) to ensure smooth deal execution and partner satisfaction. Handle queries from partners and clients professionally and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain accurate and updated partner databases and sales records. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all partner agreements, client documentation, and transaction processes comply with company policies and legal standards. Monitor adherence to ethical sales practices and brand representation. 6. Reporting & Analysis Provide regular reports on channel performance, partner productivity, and sales metrics. Analyze data to identify high-performing partners and areas for improvement. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong relationship management and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and brokerage ecosystems. Negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or channel development (preferably in residential or commercial real estate).
