Job Title: Center Manager – Eye Care HospitalDepartment: Operations / AdministrationReports To: Regional Manager / Hospital DirectorLocation: [Paschim Vihar, New Delhi]Job Summary:

The Center Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operations, and performance of the eye care hospital/centre. The role involves ensuring efficient patient care, optimizing resources, leading staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eye care center, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (OPD, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, etc.).

· Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and waiting times to ensure high patient satisfaction.

· Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain service efficiency and compliance with hospital policies.

· Implement and monitor SOPs for quality and safety.

2. Staff Management

· Lead, train, and motivate administrative and support staff.

· Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.

· Conduct regular meetings to review operations, address challenges, and maintain team morale.

3. Financial & Business Management

· Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.

· Track revenue generation, manage billing, and oversee cash flow and audit compliance.

· Work with the marketing team to promote services and increase patient footfall.

· Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.

4. Patient Care & Experience

· Ensure that all patients receive high-quality, compassionate, and efficient care.

· Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve them effectively.

· Maintain a culture of empathy, transparency, and professionalism in patient interactions.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

· Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, accreditation standards, and infection control protocols.

· Coordinate internal audits, quality checks, and safety drills.

· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

6. Liaison & Coordination

· Act as a bridge between the management, doctors, staff, and external stakeholders.

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for facility maintenance and procurement.

· Support corporate initiatives, CSR programs, and outreach camps as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in

· 3–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in an eye care or multispecialty hospital.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in hospital management (Preferably Eye Hospital) and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
