Guide and counsel prospective students and parents about courses and design career opportunities.
Handle queries and concerns to successfully convert enquiries into admissions.
Make follow-up calls and encourage walk-ins or online counselling sessions via Zoom/Google Meet.
Interact with students, parents, and faculty to ensure smooth delivery of academic schedules.
Track student attendance, test marks, and academic progress; provide feedback to students and parents.
Assist in day-to-day center administration and maintain accurate academic and admission records.
Participate in marketing activities, workshops, and promotional events as required.
Good English Communication Skills.
Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good at working in a Team
Strong focus on Customer Service
Strong interest in providing guidance & education
