Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans. Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers. Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues. Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts. Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes Qualification and Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in unsecured collections (NBFC, Bank, or Fintech experience preferred). Willingness and ability to travel extensively as per operational needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Graduate (mandatory) in any discipline
