Role & responsibilities : Manage and maintain the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and projects on behalf of the executive. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the executive. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications. Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing expenses. Liaise with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. What Were Looking For: 3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative role. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Confidence in using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms. A proactive attitude, emotional intelligence, and strong attention to detail.
