*Job Summary:*
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Center Manager to lead our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional student experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and student enrolment
- Lead a team of teachers and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student retention and growth
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Manage finances, including budgeting and fee collection
- Coordinate events, workshops, and performances
*Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Equivalen
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
