Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Forecasting: Develop demand and supply plans across core (NOOS), seasonal, and exclusive collections. Ensure timely product intake and maintain optimal stock levels across stores, warehouses, and partner platforms.


  • Trading & Assortment Strategy: Define key trading metrics using sales data and market insights. Curate the right mix of core and fashion styles, adapting global collections for local relevance. Identify and develop high-performing, digital-first or exclusive products for enhanced customer engagement.


  • New Product Development: Collaborate with the design team to introduce focused, trend-led styles tailored for the target market. Launch high-velocity products that align with customer preferences and support business goals.


  • Sell-Through & Profitability: Drive sell-through rates by managing pricing, promotions, and markdown strategies effectively. Monitor product performance to optimize margins and maintain a fresh, commercially strong assortment.


  • Content & Visual Merchandising: Partner with styling and content teams to create impactful e-commerce visuals. Ensure product pages and listings reflect brand identity, boost discoverability, and drive conversion.


  • Co-Own GTM: Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan and execute timely, high-impact product launches. Ensure cross-functional alignment for smooth execution across channels and platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years in Buying & Merchandising (Digital / E-com is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability
  • Prior digital/e-commerce exposure preferred
  • Collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
