JACK & JONES is one of the fastest growing brands. Jeans & Jeanswear are the core business of the JACK & JONES brand, however the product portfolio also covers tailoring, urban sportswear, footwear & accessories. We offer several collections throughout the year covering all occasions & fashion trend needs of young men. We have also ventured into size range for the younger customers aged 8-16. Our collections are sold through 800+ stores, through our online channels & through thousands of wholesale partners across the world.


THE ROLE:


The Brand Head is responsible for strategically leading the brand, encompassing:


  • P&L Accountability:

    Full ownership of brand P&L and financial performance
  • Strategic Brand Leadership:

    Define and align brand strategy with business objectives
  • Sales Direction & Performance: Develop and execute a revenue strategy to drive sales growth.

  • Product Innovation & Market Growth:

    Drive product development and market share through customer insights and partnerships.
  • Brand & Promotion Excellence:

    Lead all branding and promotional activities across channels.
  • Financial Management & Optimization:

    Manage the brand budget and drive cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    Build a high-performing, collaborative team and foster a culture of growth.
  • Operational Focus:

    Ensure seamless collaboration, range delivery, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer-Centric Culture:

    Champion a high-performance, customer-focused organization.


ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA:


  • Candidate with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Fashion Retail Industry
  • Prior experience in managing international fashion brands is highly desirable
  • A Degree in Fashion Retail or Business Administration is preferred
