The Role The Regional Visual Merchandiser ensures all the stores are visually merchandised as per global brand standards & store displays are planned to optimize sales and meet store requirements. Key Responsibilities: Suggesting floor plans for own stores and checking City VM’s floor plans for their stores as per Guidelines Participating in weekly launches at EBO/SIS Sharing feedback with the team post launches Daily store visits (EBO/SIS/TDR) making changes and sharing feedback. Ensuring all outstation stores is covered once in 45 days. Planning and approving leaves & travel as per the retail calendar Compiling weekly reports of the region and sharing with Brand/Ops team Planning Weekly travel plans of the team Looking into stores for VM material requirements on regular intervals Being a part of Store opening from the initial stages until store is open. Sharing store opening reports with Snag list to Brand/Ops team Training's – Seasonal training's, SVM training's, SVM induction, Sis training, City VM Training's Participate in Operation Review meetings. Co-ordinating with Merchandisers regarding stocks and sharing feedback. Interviewing and helping to close SVM positions. Managing team by solving problems and decision making Support Head VM for press preview setups and drop launches. Working on Regional projects like mall clusters, exhibition setups etc. Eligibility Criteria: Experience of 6 to 12 years with an international brand Graduation/Post graduation from a recognized university Location: Mumbai
