Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Kushals Retail Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Create engaging content and campaigns to promote products and services across various channels.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of visual merchandising initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Provide training and coaching to junior team members on visual merchandising best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, including display planning, lighting, and material selection.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
