Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to elevate the brand's image. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align displays with the brand's vision. - Design and arrange window displays, in-store displays, and product presentations. - Ensure all displays adhere to the brand's guidelines and standards. - Train and mentor store staff on effective visual merchandising techniques. - Conduct regular store visits to maintain and update displays. - Analyze sales data to optimize visual merchandising strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor's strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in the jewellery industry. - Proficiency in design principles and visual merchandising techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel within the Chennai region.
