Job Description

We are looking for skilled Captains to join our team at Fortune Hosur, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant or hotel.
Coordinate with staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
