Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations including waffle preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and store upkeep.
Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and manage rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality, safety, and service standards.
Track sales performance, control costs, and reduce waste across operations.
Hire, train, and lead the team to meet performance, quality, and sales goals.
Foster a positive work culture through feedback, motivation, and growth opportunities.
Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints effectively and empathetically.
Manage maintenance needs (plumbing, electrical, equipment, etc.).
Travel locally as needed for purchasing raw materials or maintenance supplies.
Use basic computer applications for store operations, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Any college degree (Graduation not mandatory).
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in caf, QSR, or restaurant management.
Strong communication skills and English fluency required.
Must be hands-on and capable of multitasking across operational areas.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Salary & Benefits

20,000 to 25,000 per month
(based on skills and experience)
Accommodation & food provided
Employees who choose not to avail company accommodation will be eligible for an additional
3,000
allowance.
