WHO YOU ARE

With at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment, you know what it takes to lead a team and manage multiple tasks at once. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and always one step ahead when it comes to managing stock, setting up the store, and ensuring our front-of-house team delivers top-notch service. You’ve got exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of POS systems, and you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

YOUR TEAM

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Team Leadership: Supervise and support the front-of-house staff, ensuring the team is well-trained and delivering excellent service.
  

• Operational Efficiency: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, manage stock levels, and help set up the store for daily operations.
  

• Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
  

• Cash and POS Management: Handle cash transactions and ensure the accurate use of the POS system.
  

• Collaboration: Work with the Cafe Manager to implement promotions, manage reservations, and optimize dining room operations.
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  

• A natural leader who can support a team and maintain high standards of service.
  

• Proactive and quick-thinking, especially when handling customer inquiries and operational challenges.
  

• Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer skills.
