Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Frank Eats- Filly. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage staff schedules and rosters to meet customer demands.
Train and develop new employees on menu knowledge, customer handling, and point-of-sale systems.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate staff.
Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, tea etiquette, and basic math skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
