Cafe Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and energetic Pastry Shop Supervisor cum Cashier to oversee daily shop operations while managing billing and cash transactions. This dual role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and meticulous attention to detail in handling the cash register and POS system.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the pastry shop, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor product presentation, freshness, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and coverage.
• Coordinate with bakers and service staff for smooth operation during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health and food regulations.
• Support the manager in inventory control, ingredient ordering, and stock management.

Cashiering Duties:

• Accurately operate the POS system for in-store, takeaway, and delivery orders.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions efficiently.
• Ensure all customer bills are correctly processed and recorded.
• Maintain accurate cash register reports and submit daily sales summaries.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,117.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
