Café Supervisor RequirementsEducation & Experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B supervision. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in team leadership and daily café operations. Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control. Capable of handling customer complaints and ensuring smooth service flow. Basic cash handling and reconciliation skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Personal Attributes Well-groomed and presentable. Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability. Commitment to maintaining café standards and guest satisfaction.
