We’re looking for an Account Manager - Gifting Sales who’s passionate about creating memorable gifting experiences. From corporate gifts to weddings and personal celebrations, you’ll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our clients’ needs are met with the perfect touch. You’ll manage all aspects of the gifting process, from answering queries to resolving concerns and seeing the process through to completion. This role reports to the Director of Sales & Events and is based out of our Head Office in Lalbaug, Mumbai. Who You Are You’re not just a salesperson—you’re an experienced creator. You’ve got 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, and you’re ready to take the next step in your career by driving our gifting sales to new heights. YOUR TEAM You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that’s all about making gifting memorable. You’ll collaborate with internal departments—like logistics, operations, and finance—to ensure that everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted. Your role will be key in driving growth, building lasting relationships, and improving our gifting processes. Who You Will Report To You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales & Events, who will support you as you drive gifting sales and work on improving our overall client experience. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Client Relationships: You’ll be the go-to person for all gifting inquiries—corporate, personal, and event-based—and help guide clients through the entire process with a focus on building lasting connections. Sales: You’ll manage the full sales process from start to finish, resolving any customer complaints promptly and ensuring complete satisfaction. Lead Generation: You’ll identify potential business opportunities and proactively reach out to new clients for gifting opportunities. Collaboration: You’ll work closely with internal teams (like gifting administration, logistics, operations, and finance) to make sure everything runs smoothly and orders are fulfilled on time. Sales Strategy: You’ll assist the Business Development Manager with executing our sales strategy and ensuring that monthly revenue targets are met. Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll analyze data, create actionable insights, and develop plans to boost sales performance. Team Development: You’ll support and mentor junior team members to help improve processes, enhance communication, and develop their skills. Skills Organized: You’re a pro at multitasking and managing your time, ensuring that all gifting orders are handled with care and precision. Sales-Focused: You know how to convert leads into sales while keeping clients happy and coming back. Relationship Builder: You thrive on building trust and creating genuine connections with clients, making sure every gifting experience is top-notch. Team Player: You’re collaborative and enjoy working closely with various departments to get things done smoothly. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRM systems and other tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Experienced: You’ve got 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales and are looking to take on more responsibility.
