Job Description

We are seeking experienced

Captains

to supervise front-of-house operations, manage service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead the service during peak hours, coordinate between kitchen and service staff, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the service team during shifts
Take customer orders and manage guest interactions
Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service staff
Handle billing and resolve guest complaints
Train and guide junior service staff
Maintain hygiene and service protocols

Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience in restaurant service
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and guest management skills
