Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Visualizer & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Design Team in Kolkata. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Visualizer & Graphic Designer to support the development of compelling visual content that communicates our brand message across print, digital, and in-store platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conceptualizing and designing creatives for promotions, social media, advertisements, branding, menus, packaging, signage, and POS materials. Translate marketing objectives into clear, engaging designs. Adapt existing designs across formats and platforms (print, web, social media, etc.). Support photo shoots and editing for food and venue visuals. Collaborate with the Senior Visualizer, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency. Maintain and organize design files, artwork libraries, and asset archives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus). Strong sense of design, typography, layout, and color theory. Knowledge of both print and digital design requirements. Basic understanding of UI/UX will be a bonus. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Educational Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on design experience (agency or in-house). Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered.
