Manager Maintenance / Sr. Manager Maintenance Location : Corporate Office, Andheri West, Mumbai Industry : Hospitality / Restaurant Chain Department : Engineering & Facility Management Reports to : Head Projects & Engineering About Us : Speciality Restaurants Ltd. is a leading name in the hospitality industry, known for its award-winning brands such as Mainland China, Asia Kitchen, Oh! With a robust pan-India presence and plans for further expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance professional to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and smooth functioning of our outlets and facilities. Role Overview : The Manager/Sr. Manager Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and engineering operations across our restaurant outlets and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role will be based out of our Corporate Office in Andheri West and will involve regular travel within Mumbai and to other cities for site audits, new openings, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities : Plan, implement, and manage preventive and reactive maintenance schedules across multiple outlets. Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, DG, and utility-related maintenance. Conduct routine audits of restaurant infrastructure and report on asset conditions. Coordinate with external vendors, AMC providers, and local authorities for maintenance support and statutory compliance. Liaise with operations, projects, and facility teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Monitor and control maintenance budgets, spare inventories, and vendor payments. Maintain documentation of breakdown history, AMC schedules, and compliance reports. Support new restaurant launches with technical inputs and readiness inspections. Ensure adherence to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and statutory requirements (FSSAI, fire NOC, pollution control, etc.). Desired Candidate Profile : Education : Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 7-20 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably with hotel chains, standalone restaurant brands, or facility management firms in the F&B sector . Strong technical knowledge of kitchen and HVAC equipment, DG sets, fire safety systems, and utilities. Proficient in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and multi-location coordination. Hands-on attitude, team player, and flexible to travel as per business needs. Work Type : Full-time, On-site with frequent travel Compensation : As per industry standards and candidate experience
