Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at Etopia Malgudi, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant or hotel.
Coordinate with staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverages.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to train and mentor new staff members.
