Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations is required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
