Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Take and confirm guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Train new stewards and servers on service procedures, table setup, and guest handling.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area at all times.
Monitor table settings, cutlery, linen, and glassware to maintain standards.
Handle billing, order tracking, and ensure correct posting in the POS system.
Assist in planning and organizing special events or banquets.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Provide feedback to management regarding guest preferences, complaints, and improvement areas.
