Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a restaurant setting, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or complaints. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
