Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel's dining room, ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverages.
Lead and motivate a team of servers and support staff to achieve exceptional performance.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of wine lists, menus, and point-of-sale systems is required.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
