Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at The Lotus County Club & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant or dining area, ensuring excellent customer service.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management is required.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
