Position Title: Business Transformation Program Manager (Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transformation PMO & Strategic Analytics

  • Anchor the

    Transformation PMO

    , driving the structure, cadence, and analytics of Monitra’s strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain

    effort–outcome dashboards

    linking execution metrics to strategic goals.
  • Partner with leadership to define

    key transformation KPIs, milestones, and interdependencies

    .
  • Conduct cross-functional analytics to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare

    weekly COO dashboards, variance analyses, and impact briefs

    for decision-making.

2. Change Management & Governance

  • Drive alignment, communication, and adoption of transformation programs across business and technology units.
  • Create frameworks for consistent execution review and continuous improvement.
  • Lead governance meetings and ensure timely closure of action items across workstreams.
  • Serve as a control tower for strategic projects — ensuring clarity, discipline, and pace.

3. Strategic Execution & Leadership Reporting

  • Synthesize inputs from marketing, sales, operations, and tech into unified progress reports.
  • Track resource allocation, budget adherence, and outcome delivery metrics.
  • Prepare

    Board and Leadership Briefs

    summarizing progress, key risks, and next steps.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the COO to translate strategy into structured operational plans.

4. Organizational Development & Events

  • Support manpower planning and organizational design during transformation phases.
  • Plan and execute

    leadership offsites, transformation reviews, and strategic learning sessions.

  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing to reinforce Monitra’s transformation culture through internal communication and events.

5. Execution Excellence

  • Own multiple projects end-to-end with a focus on clarity, pace, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build systems and dashboards that bring structure to a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and keep the COO informed on risks and opportunities.
  • Lead with a growth mindset — drive impact, not just output.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or postgraduate from a Top-Tier Business School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, or equivalent).

  • 1–3 years of experience

    in consulting, strategy, operations, or project management.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
  • Proficient with modern productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Passionate about healthcare, innovation, and building at scale.
