Job Description: Position Overview: BeamInnovate is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Lead Generation Analyst to work closely with our business development and sales teams. This role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying potential leads, and contributing to sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Utilize various tools (LinkedIn, CRM, databases) to build and maintain a pipeline of leads. Assist in outreach efforts through emails, cold calling, and social media engagement. Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to identify growth opportunities. Track key performance metrics and generate reports to optimize sales strategies. CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and interactions. Assist in automating workflows to improve sales efficiency. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with potential clients. Market & Competitor Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and position BeamInnovate effectively. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and product teams, to align sales efforts with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with sales concepts, lead generation strategies, and CRM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
