Key Responsibilities:

🎬 Production & On-Ground Execution

  • Take

    complete ownership

    of the production lifecycle — from initial planning to on-ground execution — for live shows, concerts, branded content shoots, and large-format productions.
  • Work closely with the operations and business heads to prepare and manage

    detailed production budgets

    ,

    ensuring all planning and execution

    stays within internally approved financial parameters.
  • Coordinate the

    design planning and production flow

    , aligning creative concepts with technical and logistical feasibility.
  • Lead the

    shortlisting and finalization of vendors

    , ensuring timely closure of contracts and services based on quality, cost, and timeline.
  • Prepare

    detailed execution plans including shoot schedules/live events

    , crew allocation, logistics movement, equipment requirements, and contingency planning.
  • Ensure inter-departmental alignment (production, technical, creative, admin, finance) to maintain clarity, accountability, and timely delivery at every stage.
  • Serve as the primary production lead during execution —

    managing on-site operations, solving real-time issues

    , and ensuring delivery as per client expectations and pre-approved scopes.
  • Be available on-ground

    when required at shoots or live events to supervise end-to-end operations, coordinate across departments and vendors, and deliver high-standard outputs under pressure.

📞 Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent, professional communication and seamless coordination on all business-related queries.
  • Understand client expectations and ensure deliverables are met in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and actively work toward repeat business and account growth.

📊 P&L Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain

    project-specific P&L statements

    , tracking costs and revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain well-structured

    Excel trackers, project dashboards, and internal documentation

    for approvals, payments, and deliverables.
  • Prepare

    PowerPoint decks

    for internal and external presentations — including project pitches, performance reports, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate closely with the finance team to manage and maintain

    client-related financial matters

    , including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.


🧾 Business Operations & Legal Coordination

  • Manage the

    vendor & client registration process

    from end to end, ensuring compliance, approvals, and timely onboarding.
  • Coordinate closely with the legal department by providing inputs and context for contract drafting.
  • Review legal drafts, highlight potential gaps, and

    ensure agreements are signed

    by clients and vendors on time.
  • Handle

    client and vendor payments

    , including follow-ups, internal coordination, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal approval workflows and operational policies.

🏢 Studio Asset Monetization & Representation

  • Promote and coordinate the

    rental of studio spaces

    (on a daily/monthly basis) to clients, producers, and partners.
  • Oversee the rental process for

    in-house shoot equipment

    , including pricing, bookings, and asset tracking.
  • Handle all client calls professionally, conduct on-site presentations for visiting clients, and effectively communicate the business opportunities available within the campus to drive interest and conversions.
  • Represent

    Zee Studios Limited (ZSL)

    as a

    line producer

    for external productions — offering services such as crew and technical support, logistics management, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as a frontline representative for Zee Studios Jaipur for any external production use of the premises and equipment.

📱 Social Media Management

  • Independently manage Zee Studios Jaipur’s social media accounts

    (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Create and post relevant, visually appealing content showcasing the studio’s work, behind-the-scenes moments, and recent collaborations.
  • Use content to engage existing clients and attract new business inquiries through consistent digital presence.
  • Monitor platform analytics and refine posting strategies to enhance reach and engagement.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, production, or business operations in the media/events/entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of vendor registration, payment coordination, contract execution, and compliance protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in on-ground

    production support for live shows and events

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    Microsoft Excel

    (for budgets, trackers) and

    PowerPoint

    (for decks, reports).
  • Comfortable managing professional

    social media content and engagement

    .
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal.
  • A team player with ownership mindset

    , strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
