Role Overview

dynamic, execution-driven, and customer-obsessed Business Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager

You will be the backbone of our customer success engine ensuring seamless onboarding, timely delivery, strong coordination between product, tech & customers, and driving operational excellence across projects.

Senior Leadership

What Youll Own (Key Responsibilities)

1. Service Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure smooth execution of projects across AUTOSherpa & YOCOYA AI platforms
  • Maintain high-quality service levels, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Build predictable and scalable delivery processes

2. Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Be the single point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Be the single point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate closely with OEMs, dealer groups, insurance companies & CX teams

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional operations & service teams
  • Build SOPs, dashboards, workflows, and reporting systems
  • Drive weekly reviews, delivery updates, and internal coordination

4. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify operational gaps and implement tech-driven improvements
  • Work with product teams to enhance platform workflows based on customer feedback
  • Champion automation and standardization using YOCOYAs AI & workflow tools

5. KPI Monitoring & Execution

  • Own delivery KPIs: TAT, adoption rate, retention, support performance
  • Prepare reports, insights, and analytics for leadership reviews
  • Monitor project budgets and operational costs

What Were Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree (BE/BBA/BCom/BSc/MBA preferred)
  • 3 to 6 years experience in Operations, Service Delivery, SaaS/CRM, or Customer Success
  • Strong leadership, execution mindset, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
  • Tech-savvy familiarity with CRMs, workflow systems, or BI platforms is a plus
  • Experience in Automotive, BFSI, SaaS, or CX industries is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and drive outcomes
