Position: Business Manager Department: Business Development Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We’re looking for a Business Manager with a strong background in solution sales and a passion for cybersecurity . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can drive enterprise customer acquisition, and has a strategic approach to business growth. You will be responsible for leading sales operations in North India , building a strong funnel of opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Drive revenue and enterprise customer growth across North India ✅ Design and implement strategies to achieve sales targets ✅ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive opportunities to closure ✅ Present and articulate the value of Klassify’s AI-driven solutions to prospects ✅ Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers ✅ Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies ✅ Regularly analyze business performance and suggest improvements Requirements: 🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field 🔸 Minimum 4 years of experience in solution sales across industries 🔸 Prior experience in product-based organizations and the cybersecurity domain is a must 🔸 Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills 🔸 Exceptional communication, presentation, and business storytelling abilities 🔸 Analytical thinking with a keen eye for identifying opportunities Why Join Us?
