Business Manager

Job description Klassify Technology Pvt. Ltd. is dynamic, young, growing award winning company(OEM), developing Data Risk Management solutions. We help enterprises discover, classify and protect their business critical data, to enhance their data security, meet the regulatory compliances and reduce the data loss/exfiltration risk. We are looking for a skilled Business Manager to increase reach, acquire more enterprise customers and grow business. You will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day sale operations. Superb interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork is important for our business success. Suitable candidates should have excellent written and verbal communications skills, presentation and value articulation skills and capable to identify opportunities for growth. What you will be doing: Drive the sales revenue in the West India region. Design and execute business strategies and plans to meet the company sale goals. Reach out to prospects, present and articulate the value of Klassify platform. Build healthy funnel of business opportunities in the region and drive them to closure. Build and nurture relationships with the key stakeholders in the prospect organizations. Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Achieve the company’s goals and objectives for the region Perform regular evaluations to determine areas of improvement. We are good if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management or other related fields. At least 3 years' experience in a solution sales across industry domains. Outstanding leadership abilities Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
