Role Description
To further establish our new support hub in India within the Client Coverage Division, we are seeking a committed individual to strengthen the Xtrackers COO team operationally. In this newly created role, you will provide the operational backbone for our sales organization by coordinating core processes across cost and administration, reporting and analytics, third-party onboarding, and team operations. You will collaborate closely with global CCD stakeholders to drive consistency, quality, and scalability of our day-to-day execution.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Cost & Operations Support: Manage invoice processes, including Digital Distribution invoice checks, and deliver monthly T&E budget reporting to regional leadership.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain activity reports and flow/forecast reporting; support migration of reporting to Qlik for improved transparency.
- Access & Team Operations: Administer distribution lists and access rights to ensure smooth and secure team operations.
- Third-Party Onboarding & Risk: Coordinate vendor onboarding in partnership with Procurement/TPRM and actively participate in TPRM calls to track progress and resolve issues.
Your Skills And Experience
- Background: University degree (or equivalent) with experience in operations/business management, sales support, finance/controlling, procurement/TPRM, or a COO-adjacent function in a global environment.
- Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Qlik) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Clear written and verbal English; comfortable collaborating across regions and time zones.
- Mindset: Service-oriented, cost-aware but pragmatic, structured, and proactive with excellent prioritization. Reliable on follow-through, attentive to detail, and motivated to standardize and improve processes in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
